Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Conduct quality inspections of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.

Monitor production activities to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.

Perform testing, measurements, and analysis of products as per established procedures.

Identify quality issues, defects, and non-conformities and report findings to management.

Recommend and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Maintain accurate quality records, inspection reports, and documentation.

Ensure compliance with company quality policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.

Investigate customer complaints related to product quality and support root cause analysis.

Collaborate with production, maintenance, and inventory teams to resolve quality concerns.

Participate in internal audits and quality improvement initiatives.

Assist in developing and updating quality control procedures and work instructions.
