Quality Control Engineer (NDT Level Ii)

1. QC Documentation and Coordination Engr

Location - Ambernath East / Anand Nagar MIDC

Salary (gross) - Rs 2 to 3 lakhs pa

Sundays off

Required

Diploma/ BE with min. 2 years experience in QC, Inspection, Production coordination in similar static process industries

NDT ASNT Level I or II certification essential

Practical experience and knowledge of ASNT codes

Proficient in MS Office (Word and Excel)

Job profile:

Prepare/Organise/maintain complete Documentation and Dossier of Equipments with respect to Material heat chart

Prepare lab challans and follow up with technical queries with Sub-vendor/Job Worker and Customers.

Checking incoming materials, vendor product bought out items and inform its result/report to store and purchase dept. and clear the MRN in time

To carry out in-process inspection according to procedures and as per approved drawing.

Prepare report and raise inspection call

Maintaining all the records of TPI reports, Internal IR, Material Test Certificates, etc

Update & maintain online/offine Material Register/ RT Register

Day to day follow up with lab and any other supplier related to technical discussion

Organise and maintain lab/RT Report

Handle emails correspondence with Sub-vendors/customers etc.

2. ENGR / SR ENGINEER - QC

Location- Rabale MIDC

Salary (gross) - Rs 3 to (in hand to pm)

Sundays off

Required

Diploma/ BE with min. 5 years experience in similar industries

NDT ASNT Level II essential

Capable of handling QA/ QC dept independently

Age profile- 28 years and above

Both cos are established and reputed mfrs / fabricators of static process equipment

Products - pressure vessels, heat exchangers, storage tanks, reactors, columns etc
