Quality Checker - Full Time

We are looking for a Quality Checker to ensure that our products meet specific quality standards before they reach our customers. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 8 years of experience and hold a Master's degree, , or /PGDM.

Key Responsibilities:

- Inspect Products: Perform thorough inspections on products to identify defects or inconsistencies, ensuring they comply with quality specifications.

- Document Findings: Maintain detailed records of inspection results, including any discrepancies found, to help track quality trends over time.

- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with production and other relevant teams to address quality issues quickly and effectively, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

- Conduct Tests: Execute various tests on products as per predetermined standards to guarantee their functionality and safety.

- Provide Feedback: Offer constructive feedback and suggestions on improving processes or materials to enhance overall product quality.

Required Skills and Expectations:

- Educational Background: A Master's degree in any field, , or /PGDM is required.

- Attention to Detail: Strong observational skills to notice even minor defects in products.

- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and conduct tests accurately to derive meaningful conclusions about product quality.

- Communication Skills: Proficient verbal and written communication skills to share findings and collaborate effectively with team members.

- Problem-Solving Abilities: Capable of addressing quality issues and developing actionable solutions to rectify them.

This role is full-time and requires working from our office in Nellore. Male candidates are preferred for this position.
