 quality inspection & service

o quality inspection on fitness equipment

o service qc machines & solve qc issues

o need to maintain spare inventory & in-charge packed products

o check the quality of spare products before shipment installation

o need to know to assemble and disassemble all the products

o if needed uninstall machines and fulfill the spare need

o need to install at customer place if required

 technical support

o provide technical information about service to the customer care team

o figure out the root cause of the problem and provide the solution

o chip level understanding

 skillsets required

o basic understandings of mechanical/ electrical & problem solving

attitude

o ms office - excel & word

o fluency in english & tamil is mandatory, and additional languages are

an added advantage.
