Key Responsibilities:

Implement and maintain QA systems as per FSSAI/GMP norms

Conduct in-process and finished product quality checks

Handle documentation: BMR/BPR, COA, SOPs, stability data

Coordinate with production, QC, and regulatory teams

Prepare for FSSAI/AYUSH audits and compliance checks

Ensure traceability and batch record maintenance

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in QA in Nutraceutical/Food/Herbal industry

Knowledge of FSSAI, AYUSH, and GMP guidelines

Good documentation and communication skills

Based in or willing to relocate to Ahmednagar district
