Urgent Requirement For Quality Analyst (Female Candidates Only)

We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Analyst to join our team in Surat. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in quality assurance and a strong understanding of testing methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct Quality Assessments: Evaluate products and processes to ensure they meet established quality standards. This includes analyzing data and identifying any areas for improvement.

- Test Planning: Develop test plans and test cases based on product requirements. This involves defining test scenarios that thoroughly assess product functionality and performance.

- Execute Tests: Perform various types of testing, such as functional, regression, and performance testing, to ensure the product’s quality at all stages of development.

- Document Results: Record and report testing outcomes clearly, highlighting any defects or issues found during testing. This helps the development team understand areas that require attention.

- Collaboration: Work closely with developers, project managers, and other team members to resolve issues and enhance product quality, fostering effective communication for better results.

- Continuous Improvement: Participate in quality improvement initiatives, offering suggestions based on your findings to enhance processes and products.
