QA/QC Engineering

As a QA QC Engineer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and compliance of products and processes. You will be responsible for maintaining excellent standards in our production line.

Key Responsibilities:

- Quality Control Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of materials and finished products to ensure they meet specified standards and regulations.

- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of quality control activities, including inspections, tests, and compliance reports to provide insights into quality trends.

- Collaboration with Production Teams: Work closely with production teams to understand processes and identify areas for improvement, ensuring quality standards are upheld.

- Implement Quality Assurance Processes: Develop and implement effective QA processes that support continuous improvement and consistency in production.

- Root Cause Analysis: Investigate quality issues to determine their root causes and work on corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

- Compliance with Standards: Ensure all operations comply with industry standards and regulations, emphasizing safety and quality.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should have a diploma in a relevant field, with 0 to 2 years of experience in quality assurance or quality control. Strong attention to detail is crucial, alongside problem-solving skills to address quality issues effectively. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate clearly with various departments is essential.
