Purchase Officer (Consumables)

Candidates should have procurement experience of Machine Spare Parts, Consumables & Others Items,

preferably from Pharma Formulation / Food Plant Sector.

Roles and Responsibilities

Candidate will be responsible of following points

1. Financial

a. Candidate will be responsible for cost saving by various cost cutting

measures ., Introducing new vendor as & when required, Alternate Brands,

Consolidating requirement of all plants etc.

b. candidate will have to take care of best price negotiation with longer credit

period.

2. Operational

a. Candidate will be responsible for discussion with end user regarding the

requirement and understand the area of usage & application of the required

material.

b. Candidate have to Carry out negotiation with authentic/registered suppliers for

the sourcing of machinery, Equipment and other consumable items for the state

of the art Manufacturing facilities by adhering to the Companys policies.

c. Candidate will be responsible for arranging vendor meets with Commercial-

Manager as & when required to get the best possible price.

d. candidate will be responsible for Tying up with Internal as well as external

stake holders to ensure the smoothness of P2P process.
