**Job Summary:**

The Plastic Raw Material Purchase Manager is responsible for overseeing the procurement of plastic raw materials, such as resins and polymers, required for manufacturing plastic products. Their primary objective is to secure a reliable supply of raw materials, negotiate favorable terms with suppliers, and manage inventory to support production needs efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Supplier Management:**

- Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers of plastic raw materials.

- Negotiate supply agreements, terms, and pricing with suppliers.

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers.

2. **Cost Optimization:**

- Develop and implement cost-effective procurement strategies to ensure competitive pricing.

- Monitor market trends, pricing fluctuations, and currency exchange rates to make informed purchasing decisions.

- Seek opportunities for cost reduction and value enhancement in the procurement process.

3. **Quality Assurance:**

- Ensure that the purchased raw materials meet quality standards and specifications.

- Collaborate with quality control and production teams to address any quality issues promptly.

4. **Inventory Management:**

- Maintain optimal inventory levels to prevent shortages or excess stock.
