Purchase Executive

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement purchasing strategies to optimize procurement processes

Procurement of Raw materials (Must have Pharma background)

Preferably Female associates required for this role.

- Source and evaluate suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery performance

- Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to ensure favorable pricing and terms

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their purchasing needs and requirements

- Monitor inventory levels and implement inventory control measures to minimize stockouts and excess inventory

- Manage supplier relationships, including conducting regular performance reviews

- Stay updated on market trends, new products, and industry best practices in procurement

Skills:

- Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices

Must have pharma background with 2-5 years experience

- Proficient in inventory control techniques to optimize stock levels

- Excellent negotiation skills for contract management and supplier negotiations

- Strong analytical skills to analyze data and make informed purchasing decisions

- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in purchase orders and contracts
