responsibilities:

- develop and implement purchasing strategies to optimize procurement processes

procurement of raw materials (must have pharma background)

preferably female associates required for this role.

- source and evaluate suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery performance

- negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to ensure favorable pricing and terms

- collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their purchasing needs and requirements

- monitor inventory levels and implement inventory control measures to minimize stockouts and excess inventory

- manage supplier relationships, including conducting regular performance reviews

- stay updated on market trends, new products, and industry best practices in procurement

skills:

- strong knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices

must have pharma background with 2-5 years experience

- proficient in inventory control techniques to optimize stock levels

- excellent negotiation skills for contract management and supplier negotiations

- strong analytical skills to analyze data and make informed purchasing decisions

- attention to detail to ensure accuracy in purchase orders and contracts
