sr. purchase engineer –mechanical engineer with min 7+ years of experience , preferable from sheetmetal, manufacturing industry- mnc company

- collects expression of needs (erp purchase request, app request, outsourcing request)

- analysis and prepared consultation by carrying out a standard or specific specifications (is supported by the technical department and qse in terms of technical criteria and quality)

- conducts consultations, tenders with known or new suppliers

- reviews responses, analyzes providers' ability to meet demand

- makes a summary for presentation to the applicant

- leads negotiation deadlines, cost, (is supported by the technical department and qse in terms of technical criteria and quality)

- search, select new suppliers based on data provided by the applicant concerned

- takes charge of litigation files (processing claims/ dispute settlements...)

- create articles, site items and fare listings

- reporting

graduate in production management or quality, industrial logistics and organisation or equivalent

- knowledge of the industrial and technical rules inherent in the purchase/supply/stock management function

- computer literacy: office tools (spreadsheet, databases) and erp

- product knowledge

- knowledge of the qse repository in force in its sector: procedures, instructions...

- trading and purchasing technique

- knowledge of contractual obligations on the conditions for setting up contracts

- knowledge of professional english required (written and oral)
