B.A Freshers For Primary Teacher

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Prt Teacher to join our team in Sikandra Rao. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fostering a love of learning in young children and creating a supportive classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop Lesson Plans: Create engaging lesson plans that align with the curriculum and meet the needs of diverse learners. This includes selecting age-appropriate materials and activities.

- Classroom Management: Maintain a positive and organized classroom atmosphere by implementing effective behavior management strategies. This helps to ensure that all students feel safe and respected.

- Assess Student Progress: Regularly evaluate student performance through tests, assignments, and observations. Use this information to provide feedback and adjust teaching methods as needed.

- Support Individual Learning: Identify and cater to the unique learning styles and needs of each student, ensuring that every child receives the support they need to succeed.

- Communicate with Parents: Maintain open communication with parents about their children's progress, challenges, and achievements, fostering a partnership in supporting student growth.

Required Skills and Expectations:
