Verification Executive Fresher

MMT RESORTS is hiring Property Verification Executives for field work in ECR, Chennai.

Responsibilities:

• Visit villas, resorts and properties directly.

• Meet property owners / managers.

• Collect and verify property details.

• Take property photos and videos.

• Verify location, facilities, BHK, capacity and pricing.

• Collect property information and update it with the office team.

• Coordinate with the team for property onboarding.

Requirements:

• 10th / 12th / Any Degree.

• Freshers can apply.

• Good communication skills.

• Smartphone required.

• Two-wheeler preferred.

• Willingness to travel for property visits.

Job Type: Full Time - Field Work

Location: ECR, Chennai

Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 per month + Incentives.
