Site Inspection: Conduct physical surveys of residential, commercial, and industrial properties to record dimensions, structural condition, and quality of construction.
Technical Assessment: Analyze building plans, occupancy certificates, and land titles to ensure legal and technical compliance.
Market Analysis: Research current real estate trends, recent sales data, and local circle rates to determine fair market value.
Reporting: Prepare detailed Valuation Reports including Guideline Value, Market Value, and Forced Sale Value (FSV) for financial institutions.
Depreciation Calculation: Apply engineering formulas to calculate the depreciation of a building based on its age, type of structure, and maintenance.
Liaison: Coordinate with bank managers, legal teams, and property owners to clarify technical discrepancies in property documents.
