Position Overview:

As a Freelance Real Estate Sales Agent, your primary responsibility will be to assist clients in buying, selling, or renting properties while working independently. You will leverage your knowledge of the local real estate market, excellent communication skills, and negotiation abilities to guide clients through the entire real estate transaction process. This role offers flexibility in terms of working hours and the potential to earn commissions based on successful sales.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Consultation:

- Meet with potential clients to understand their real estate needs, preferences, and financial capabilities.

- Provide expert advice on market trends, property values, and investment opportunities.

- Help clients identify properties that match their criteria and budget.

2. Property Marketing and Promotion:

- Create compelling property listings with high-quality photographs and accurate descriptions.

- Advertise properties through various channels, such as online listings, social media, and networking events.

- Utilize marketing strategies to attract potential buyers or renters to your listings.

3. Property Showings and Presentations:

- Schedule and conduct property showings for interested buyers or renters.

- Highlight the features and benefits of properties to potential clients.

- Address questions and concerns to facilitate informed decision-making.

4. Negotiation and Deal Closure:

- Represent clients during negotiations to secure the best possible deal terms.

- Draft and review purchase agreements, lease contracts, and other necessary documents.

- Guide clients through the paperwork and legal aspects of the transaction.
