- Candidate should have good experience of dealing with multiple Broking organizations for hunting non-properties viable for nursing homes in hospitals especially in areas in Mumbai, Thane and Navi-Mumbai.

- Candidate should have previous experience of working with Broking organizations for hunting commercial project viable for nursing homes in hospitals especially in the areas of Mumbai, Thane, Navi Mumbai, Gujarat and Pune.

- The candidate should have experience of working with Real Estate Broking company.

- The candidate should be ready to travel across Mumbai, Thane, Navi Mumbai, Gujarat and Pune for site visits and also explain about the property to the clients.

- Should have good command over languages and negotiation take this to the next level.
