Qualifications:

Min. 2 years experience in Dubai Real Estate Sales

Excellent communication skills

Must have good telephone etiquette and good customer service skills

Self-motivated, confident, persevering

Should be a team player, persistent, resourceful and result-driven

Key Responsibilities:

Client Consultation: Understand client needs, preferences, and financial constraints to offer tailored property solutions.

Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, demographics, and property values to provide accurate advice on buying, selling, or leasing.

Prospect Generation: Proactively find new clients through networking, cold calling, and advertising.

Property Promotion & Viewings: Showcase properties to potential buyers/tenants and manage listings on relevant portals.

Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate prices and terms between parties to finalize sales or leasing agreements.

Documentation: Prepare and review contracts, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations (., RERA in Dubai).

Relationship Management: Maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, developers, and investors.
