Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Site Supervisor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing site activities, ensuring timely execution of project tasks, and maintaining quality and safety standards. You will be deployed based on the needs of various ongoing projects across India.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day operations at project sites.

Coordinate with engineers, contractors, laborers, and clients to ensure smooth workflow.

Monitor progress and ensure work is executed as per drawings and specifications.

Maintain site documentation, reports, and daily progress logs.

Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with site regulations.

Resolve on-site issues efficiently and report critical matters to management.

Manage manpower deployment and resource allocation.

Requirements:

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in site supervision (preferably in fabrication, erection, or industrial project work).

Diploma or ITI in Mechanical or Civil Engineering (preferred).

Ability to work and relocate to different sites across India.

Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Sound understanding of construction safety standards and site execution.

Willingness to travel and stay at project locations as required.
