Qualification - Degree in Civil Engineering

Experience - 5 years minimum

Skill: Architectural Drawings, Planning and Execution

Contract terms - 3 years

Working days - Mon-Sat

Age - 30-50 years old

Job description

Planning and overseeing the construction project from conception to completion.

Managing & coordinating with subcontractors, architects, engineers and suppliers.

Ensure that the project is completed on time, within budget and in compliance with regulations and safety standards.

Procure materials & equipment needed for the project.

Hire and supervise contractors, labourers & mechanics

Familiarity with construction tools, and ability to read Architectural drawings
