roles and responsibilities:-

• to lead, manage and mentor a team of software developers.

• lead the development team to design and deliver maintainable, testable, and reusable production quality code using agile development practices

• instil best practices for software development and documentation.

• to facilitate the smooth delivery of all projects, enhancements, and support delivered by the team

• participating in and supervising each stage of the project.

• ensuring each project stays on schedule and adheres to the deadlines.

• knowledge in development of application for mobile devices ios and android

• technologies being used - .net core/ react / mssql/ ms azure cloud & others, however, technology keeps evolving and eventually a platform change will come into effect sometime soon

required experience, skills and qualifications:

• a bachelor's degree in information technology, software development management, software engineering, computer science, or a related field.

• proven experience in project management and software development.

• excellent technical knowledge with high proficiency with full stack development skills including ui, web, middle-tier, and database required.

• demonstrated experience interfacing with clients and vendors, creation of project schedules and project status reporting

• strong understanding of the software development life cycle (sdlc) and agile methodologies required.

• proven experience in building complex, large scale internet-based systems.

• hands-on coding experience with popular languages and web stacks.

• must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
