key roles & responsibilities
• plan, schedule and conduct plastic mould health/lifecycle review for our esteemed client's supply chain cluster on monthly/quarterly/half yearly.
• share respective sc cluster's mould status reports during meetings with the client and internally with the efficient management team.
• review health of the plastic moulds - provide a technical recommendation, suggest subsequent actions, and provide visibility on these following actions' timeline.
• estimate costs & lead time for corrective actions on the current condition of the moulds.
• communicate issues that require attention and or funding related to the condition of the plastic mould tooling
• share reports generated from mould health review with client team – provide visibility on the fair and moulds performance.
• finalise next actions – provide support to procurement in planning and finalising next steps.
• the key point of contact between suppliers & procurement is to onboard new suppliers, gather mould data, and update the mould health database.

requisites & skills
• 5+ years engineering project management within plastics and/or related manufacturing industry
• excellent communication skills, fluency in verbal and written english
• knowledge of plastic mould and tooling engineering.
• understanding quality systems that contribute to ensuring the client's moulds are in good condition to support their supply chain.
• proficiency in ms office programs including excel, powerpoint, and ms-projects
• organization of data and information
• must have strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills.
• the ability to think beyond the boundaries and challenge the status-quo, quick learner who can adapt to changes
• good at building rapport with the customer to achieve a closer working relationship and openness.
• ability to deal with people from various culture across the globe.
