Project Engineer - Structural Fabrication

Job Location: Badlapur, MIDC, Navi Mumbai

• Working Days: Monday to Saturday

• Timing - Monday-Saturday 8:30- 5 pm

Years of Experience : 3-5 years of work experience in Project Management in a structural fabrication company, and especially RDSO-approved vendors having products like girders and structures

• Education: Mechanical Degree/Diploma

• Reporting to – Project Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

The Project Engineer becomes the central node in coordinating with production, quality, estimation, procurement, clients, management and accounts. The Responsibilities are (not limited to)

• Removal of Bill of material from drawings for pre-quotation, post-order work

• Estimation of cost of fabrication, assembly, painting, machining, site work,

• Material reconciliation

• Making a schedule for the client on MS Project

• Indenting Raw Material in proper sequence

• Coordination for RDSO Girders, material procurement, planning, customer coordination, coordination with client, general consultant, end customer, etc.

• Troubleshooting queries in the fabrication process

• Planning for Materials, machining, transportation, and paint

• Sequencing of fabrication
