Position: Project Coordinator/ Process Associate (NO Work from Home!)

Work Location: Pitampura, Delhi

Work Timings: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Mon-Sat)

Salary 15-20k per month (Negotiable)

Interview Details: Between 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Mon-Sat)

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinating and overseeing all stages of translation projects right from receipt of a request from client, price and delivery negotiation, translator liaison, document correction, final delivery of projects to clients to post-delivery feedback Implementation

Anticipate and advice on project plans, potential issues, prioritization and management of a project at the final delivery stage

Quality check of the work

Building excellent relationships with clients and vendors

Liaising with internal as well as external contacts in the division (translators, project managers, editors, technical team)

Contribute to improving Project delivery Methodology

Ensuring that the quality of projects is met (content and delivery schedules)

Key Competencies:

Must be a good communicator in both verbal and written. (Must be fluent in English)

Computer knowledge: MS Office - Word, Excel, PDF, PPT, etc & HTML- tags, placeholder etc.

Ability to build relationships and work well across functions.
