Position: Project Coordinator/ Process Associate (NO Work from Home!)

Work Location: Pitampura, Delhi

Work Timings: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Mon-Sat)

Salary – 15-20k per month (Negotiable)

Interview Details: Between 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Mon-Sat)

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinating and overseeing all stages of translation projects right from receipt of a request from client, price and delivery negotiation, translator liaison, document correction, final delivery of projects to clients to post-delivery feedback Implementation

• Anticipate and advice on project plans, potential issues, prioritization and management of a project at the final delivery stage

• Quality check of the work

• Building excellent relationships with clients and vendors

• Liaising with internal as well as external contacts in the division (translators, project managers, editors, technical team)

• Contribute to improving Project delivery Methodology

• Ensuring that the quality of projects is met (content and delivery schedules)

Key Competencies:
