Humara Bachpan Trust (HBT) is a not-for profit organization advocating for safe and healthy living conditions with improved socio-economic status of communities living in poverty. It is led by children, youth and women who identify the issues, prioritize them and propose solutions to address those issues before the appropriate authorities.

HBT is working on Project Parivartan in Ghirongi & Tilori villages of Malanpur, Bhind (Near Gwalior). We rae working here on Remedial Education for the children of class 1st to 10th, Digital Literacy and Adult Literacy for Women of Project villages. Besides it we often do community awareness activities.

We are looking for a Project Coordinator (Female) for smooth implementation of our project.

Skills Required: Good knowledge of Written English, Good knowledge of Computer (MS word, excel, power point, Internet, email, Team Work & Team Management, Documentation, Report Writing, Community Engagement and Effective Communication etc.

Roles & Responsibilities:

*Will have to make sure the smooth implementation of project activities.

*Will monitor the work of team and support them so that they can work effectively.

*Will have to maintain project related records and documents.

*Will have to prepare and submit various reports on time.

*Will have to plan various activities in guidance with project manager and other seniors.

*Will have to visit community regularly and maintain repo amongst community people.

*Will have to meet different govt officials for project related work.

*Will have to conduct required meetings, trainings and activities in community.

*Will have to conduct va rious classes as and when needed.
