Job Description

EPC / Energy Monitoring Project Coordinator

Budget : 30 �� 45K

Role Summary:

Coordinate EPC energy-monitoring projects��track progress, maintain dashboards, prepare reports/presentations, and liaise with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan & monitor project tasks, timelines, resources

Build and update energy dashboards (Power BI/Excel/Tableau)

Produce weekly/monthly reports and lead review presentations

Network and communicate effectively with internal teams, EPC contractors, vendors, and clients

Handle documentation: SOWs, change logs, risk logs, compliance tracking.

Essential Skills:

3��5��years in project coordination, ideally with EPC/energy projects

Strong dashboard & advanced Excel skills

Proficient with PM tools (MS Project)

Excellent verbal, written, visual, and non-verbal communication.

Strong stakeholder engagement, analytical thinking, and issue resolution
