Program Manager

• Managing a team and their deliverables end to end, including time reporting, resource availability, and work allocation

• Ensuring that the quality of the deliverables is up to the mark. Publishing report on delivery and quality weekly

• Liaise with the client daily to ensure the team is delivering as per expectation

• Must be able to work hands on, support and guide the team

• Experience on business research – drawing company profiles, SWOT analysis, scraping information automatically/manually from websites/research databases

• Experience in working with databases like Dun and Bradstreet (D&B), Factiva, Capital IQ, Statista, etc.

• Adept with MS office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

• Knowledge of Advanced Excel, SQL, HANA, and BI tools (Power BI, SAC, Tableau). Hands on experience on tools desired
