PROJECT OVERVIEW
As a Program manager you will work closely with the project managers and teams to provide strategic guidance and oversee the progress of operations. You will be responsible for designing, coordinating and improving the internal and external programs of an organization.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Decide on suitable strategies and objectives
2. Monitoring interconnected projects and aligning with organization's goals
3. Develop and control deadlines, budgets and reporting on fund allocation
4. Developing industry partnerships
5. Reporting on program performance to executive team and directors
6. Expanding program offering and understanding how different projects interlink and overlap
7. Identifying opportunities for continual improvement
REQUIRED SKILLS/ EXPERIENCE
-Number of years of experience - 1-3 Years
-UG is preferred
-Strong analytical and Coordination skills
