Job Description:

- Provide strategic leadership and vision to the organization

- Excellent communication and client handling skills

- Identify and attract potential investors to support the foundation's projects

- Share investment opportunities with potential investors as a Director

- Execute projects efficiently, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results

- Collaborate with government and private sector partners

- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals

Requirements:

- Age: 35 years or above

- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar field, preferably in NGOs or related sectors

- Proven track record of project execution and management

- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills

- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and stakeholders

Note:

We are looking for a qualified Director who is committed to investing in our organization, with their investment amount tied to their shareholding percentage, requiring a minimum ownership stake of 10%.
