we are empyres group, a mining and mineral processing company indulged in manufacturing and trading of products like silica sand, red ochre, limestone, dolomite etc. and we are looking for a plant engineer for a silica sand processing plant.

job responsibilities:

• assessing the feasibility and the potential for commercial benefit of new sites.

• monitoring and evaluating the performance of plant.

• training and supervising staff.

• liaising with and advising managerial and technical staff.

• check and maintain production output of the processing plants.

• submit reports on performance and progress of the processing plant.

• identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements to maximize the outcome.

requirements:

• minimum 2 plus years of experience in similar industry.

• experience with various types of mining and manufacturing machinery and tools.

• the ability to head a team successfully and resolve issues relating to personnel quickly and efficiently.

• exceptional organizational and time management skills.

• experience with production planning, controls and instrumentation.
