🕒 Shift Timing: Rotational

🧑‍🏭 Duty Hours: 8 hrs/day, 6 Days/Week

💰 Salary Structure:

– ₹14,649 (Year 1)

– ₹14,935 (Year 2)

Additional:

– ₹2,500 Attendance Bonus

– ₹12,000 Retention Bonus (5k after 5 months and 7k after one year completed)

– Avg. Monthly Payout: ₹17,149 + Overtime
