* Having knowledge of BMR and BPR filling and compliance related issues for sterile operations. Thorough understanding of SOPs for sterile products manufacturing.

* General maintenance and preventive maintenance follow-up of related equipments in eye drops manufacturing block.

* Having knowledge of total operations from materials management to finished products.

* Should have good operational and team handling skills.
