* Plan and supervise daily fabrication & production activities

* Manage shop-floor manpower and allocate work as per production requirements

* Ensure production targets and timelines are achieved

* Check dimensions, workmanship and quality of fabricated components

* Monitor raw material usage and minimize material wastage

* Coordinate with stores for timely availability of materials and consumables

* Maintain daily production, manpower and material records

* Ensure proper use and maintenance of machines, tools and equipment

* Ensure workers follow safety procedures and PPE requirements

* Coordinate with dispatch for timely completion and delivery of orders
