* Supervise daily *circular knitting production* and ensure production targets are achieved as per plan.

* Handle *Single Jersey, Rib, Interlock, Lycra, Pique & Jacquard* knitting machines.

* Monitor *GSM, stitch length, RPM, fabric construction, quality, efficiency and machine performance*.

* Control knitting defects, machine downtime, wastage and rejection; coordinate with maintenance when required.

* Manage *operators/helpers, shift allocation and manpower utilization*.

* Coordinate with *Planning, Quality, Dyeing, Maintenance and Merchandising* departments.

* Maintain *machine-wise production, fabric quantity, quality and downtime reports*.

* Handle *fabric checking, roll identification, tagging, packing and dispatch preparation*.

* Coordinate with *stores, transporters and concerned departments* to ensure timely dispatch of finished fabric.

* Verify *dispatch quantity, packing, documents/challans and loading* before material leaves the unit.
