Production Operator - Full Time

Manage and operate assigned production lines independently.

Handle and supervise line-wise labour allocation to ensure work is completed efficiently.

Ensure production targets are achieved as per planned quantity and timelines.

Understand, follow, and maintain raw material and ingredient ratios specific to spice production.

Train and guide labourers on process flow, quantity control, and material handling.

Monitor raw material usage and minimize wastage.

Ensure proper handling of RM, semi-finished, and finished goods.

Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in the production area.

Report production output, labour performance, and issues to the supervisor.

Support continuous improvement in productivity and labour efficiency.
