ABOUT THE ROLE

A leading Bavarian manufacturing company is seeking reliable and physically fit Production Line Operators to join their growing team. You will be responsible for operating assembly line machinery, ensuring quality standards, and contributing to smooth production operations. This is a stable, well-paying opportunity in one of Europe's strongest manufacturing economies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operating and monitoring production line machinery as per standard operating procedures

• Performing quality inspection and checking of finished goods before packaging

• Packaging, labelling and preparing products for dispatch

• Identifying and reporting machine faults or production defects to supervisors

• Maintaining cleanliness and safety of workstation at all times

• Following German occupational health and safety (BG) standards

• Participating in shift handover briefings and team meetings

• Completing daily production logs and records accurately

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 10th standard (Matric) education qualification

• At least 1 year of experience in manufacturing, production, or factory work

• Basic English or German communication (A2 level or above)

• Physically fit and able to stand for 8 hours during a shift

• Willingness to work rotating shifts including night shifts

• Age between 22 and 45 years preferred

• No serious criminal record; clean background check required

• Valid passport with minimum 3 years validity
