Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the management of the production department and organize the completion of production-related records.

2. Familiar with production, logistics, warehousing, procurement and other processes, make full use of the company's existing resources, rationally arrange manpower and material resources, ensure that production tasks are completed on schedule, and comprehensively improve production efficiency.

3. Responsible for product quality, take corrective and preventive measures for unqualified processes and finished products, and organize the implementation.

4. Familiar with the production equipment system, and have the main management responsibility for the equipment intact rate and utilization rate.

5. Familiar with pharmacy, chemistry, traditional Chinese medicine extraction and other processes.

qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree, major in pharmacy.

2. More than 1 year working experience in manufacturing industry, including more than 1 year working experience in production manager.

3. Strong communication and coordination skills.

4. Strong ability to resist pressure, with background of large or formal manufacturing enterprises.
