Job Responsibilities:

1. Assist the factory manager to formulate production goals, production plans, assign production tasks, and deliver goods on time with quality and quantity;

2. Responsible for production safety management and budget management, control production cost and material cost;

3. Improve the existing management system, rules and procedures, and promote the refined production of the company;

4. Obtain market information and follow up the process innovation of existing products; have a certain understanding of the procurement supply chain;

5. Responsible for the training, guidance and assessment of subordinate personnel;
