• Understanding each order requirement and assigning the task and direction for the master and tailors

• Prioritizing orders

• Managing the tailors productively

• Fabric planning and sourcing

• Fashion design and coming up with solutions to address the issues that come up from customers and how the product should be designed

• Scaling up the team and resource planning

• sourcing fabrics and trims

• Working with the team to improve our products and designs

• Preparations for photo shoots and in house design

• Working with the team for our standard size solution

• Supporting the team for recruitment and outsourced vendors for stitching
