 Must have the experience to read the engineering drawing ( first angle & third angle)

 Must have to plan the raw material according to bill of material.

 Must have to understand the manufacturing process operations.

 Must Have to understand the bill of material & selection of process.

 Must have to solve the daily production challenges.

 Must have the experience to handle 60-80 manpower.

 Responsible to execute the monthly production plan to optimize the resources.

 Responsible to minimize the rework cost by improving the process & minimize the existing cost.

 Willing to work extra hours if needed.

 Responsible for ISO & safety activities.

 Responsible for lead time reduction.
