Production Manager/Merchandiser

Develop and execute production plans, schedules, and budgets in line with company objectives and market trends.

- Manage and coordinate the entire production process, from sourcing materials to finished product delivery.

- Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely and quality supply of materials.

- Oversee sample development, fabric sourcing, garment production, and logistics planning.

- Implement and maintain quality control measures throughout the production process to ensure adherence to high-quality standards.

- Monitor production progress, address delays or issues, and ensure on-time delivery of finished products.

- Optimize inventory levels, forecast demand, and manage stock to avoid shortages or excess inventory.

- Stay updated on fashion trends, conduct market research, and provide insights to inform production decisions and product assortments.
