• overall production planning, its communication to the production manager.
• inducting the employees by orienting them with policies (food safety), process, roles and responsibilities.
• ensure that the haccp, q. a. system is operating in the company is in line with the requirements of the current national and international standards.
• responsible for following company’s approved production processes and process control procedures.
• identifying improvement in existing system
• identification of training needs of the departmental colleagues.
• ensure legal compliance for food preparation and safety.
• initiating and ensuring the recall of the products from market place and/or from end consumers as per the defined procedure.
• evaluating the cases of deviations in case of major food safety incidences and additional preventive actions to be taken.
• initiate action to prevent the occurrence of any non-conformity related to products or processes.
