Production Manager

Job Overview:As the Production Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire productionprocess of AAC blocks, from raw material handling to finished product packaging. Yourprimary objective will be to ensure smooth operations, optimize production processes, andmaintain high quality standards. You will lead a team of production staff, manage resourceseffectively, and implement strategies to meet production targets while adhering to safetyprotocols and quality assurance guidelines.Key Responsibilities:Production Planning and Scheduling: Develop production plans and schedules to meetcustomer demand while optimizing resource utilization and minimizing downtime.Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and improve production processes to enhanceefficiency, reduce waste, and increase output.Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain stringent quality control measures to ensurethat AAC blocks meet industry standards and customer specifications.Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and mentor production staff to foster a culture ofaccountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.Inventory Management: Monitor raw material inventory levels, coordinate procurementactivities, and manage inventory to support uninterrupted production.Equipment Maintenance: Coordinate preventive maintenance activities, troubleshootequipment issues, and ensure that production machinery is properly maintained andoperational.Health and Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and ensure that all productionactivities comply with health and safety regulations to create a safe working environment.Reporting and Analysis: Generate production reports, analyse key performance indicators(KPIs), and provide insights to senior management for decision-making.Continuous Improvement: Drive initiatives for process optimization, cost reduction, andquality enhancement through the implementation of lean manufacturing principles and bestpractices.
