Urgent Requirement For Production Manager

We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to oversee our manufacturing operations in Faridabad. The ideal candidate will have 15 to 20 years of experience and a diploma in a relevant field.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan Production Schedules: Develop and manage production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products while meeting quality standards.

- Supervise Production Staff: Lead a team of workers, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient operation and high performance.

- Monitor Quality Control: Implement quality control measures to maintain product standards and reduce defects in the production process.

- Manage Inventory: Oversee raw materials and finished goods inventory, ensuring adequate supply to meet production demands without excess stock.

- Optimize Production Processes: Identify areas for improvement in the production process and implement efficient practices to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
