Key Responsibilities

Production Management

Develop and implement production strategies to achieve operational and business goals.

Oversee manufacturing operations to ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are achieved.

Monitor production planning, capacity utilization, and resource allocation.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.

Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.

Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for production-related issues.

Supply Chain & Logistics Management

Manage end-to-end supply chain operations, including planning, inventory, warehousing, and distribution.

Ensure timely availability of raw materials, components, and finished goods.

Coordinate with procurement teams to optimize supplier performance and material flow.

Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to reduce carrying costs while preventing stock shortages.

Oversee logistics, transportation, and distribution networks to ensure on-time deliveries.

Develop contingency plans to mitigate supply chain risks and disruptions.

Operational Leadership

Establish KPIs and performance monitoring systems across production and supply functions.

Prepare production forecasts, supply plans, and operational reports for management review.

Drive cost reduction initiatives through process optimization and waste minimization.

Collaborate with Quality, Procurement, Sales, Engineering, and Finance teams for seamless operations.

Lead digital transformation initiatives through ERP and supply chain management systems.

Develop and mentor production and supply chain teams to build organizational capability.
