We are hiring for Experience - Production engineer in Gear / Rotary components Manufacturing knowledge

Post- Sr Production Engineer

Exp- 3-6Yrs

*Experience in CNC Turning, CNC Grinding M/C Practical Experience (Grinding Technology)*

*Knowledge of Gear / Rotary components Manufacturing .Detail knowledge Turning, Milling & Grinding process.*

Roles & Responsibilities:

Detail knowledge Turning, Milling & Grinding process. Knowledge of IMS (QMS, EHS, OHSAS).

Process Planning. Knowledge of cutting tools geometry, parameters calculation Knowledge of AutoCAD. 5S, Kaizen, SMED, FMEA, OPL,

Knowledge of CNC Machine & Conventional machine

Knowledge of CNC Programming (Fanuc, Siemens)

Knowledge of Cutting tools

Knowledge of Jig & Fixtures

Knowledge of part prove-out, first time right, quality control, poke yoke, safety, Kaizens, improvement projects, new product development

Production planning & execution.

Shop floor machines & manpower handling.

Daily, weekly, monthly target achievement

Process improvement, Cycle time reduction.

New production development

IMS, documentation

5S, Kaizen & Safety targets achievement
