*experience in cnc turning, cnc grinding m/c practical experience (grinding technology)*

*knowledge of gear / rotary components manufacturing .detail knowledge turning, milling & grinding process.*

roles & responsibilities:

detail knowledge turning, milling & grinding process. knowledge of ims (qms, ehs, ohsas).

process planning. knowledge of cutting tools geometry, parameters calculation knowledge of autocad. 5s, kaizen, smed, fmea, opl,

knowledge of cnc machine & conventional machine

knowledge of cnc programming (fanuc, siemens)

knowledge of cutting tools

knowledge of jig & fixtures

knowledge of part prove-out, first time right, quality control, poke yoke, safety, kaizens, improvement projects, new product development

production planning & execution.

shop floor machines & manpower handling.

daily, weekly, monthly target achievement

process improvement, cycle time reduction.

new production development

ims, documentation

5s, kaizen & safety targets achievement
