Production Engineer

• Vast experience in programming and setting of HMC, VMC, turning machines.

• Good experience in designing fixtures, cutting tools and gauges for the required machining process.

• Reading a drawing and interpreting geometric and other tolerances.

• Having the capability to run fast and efficient setups, focusing on stable and cost effective process.

• Creating clear, illustrated and organized production files.

• Provides training to Machine Operators and Graduate Fresher On CNC & CAM Software and fix issues that might occur during

the shift

• Performing ongoing improvements for the existing process in order to reduce cycle times.

• Researched and Development of New Production Techniques, Advancements and Document Writing

• Check output to spot any machine-related mistakes or flaws and maintain activity logs

• Reverse Engineering and Additive Manufacturing Technology Development and Advancements.

• Providing Pre-Post support for machine assessment and recommendations, part processing recommendation and

development for new proposals.
