Job Description

• vast experience in programming and setting of hmc, vmc, turning machines.

• good experience in designing fixtures, cutting tools and gauges for the required machining process.

• reading a drawing and interpreting geometric and other tolerances.

• having the capability to run fast and efficient setups, focusing on stable and cost effective process.

• creating clear, illustrated and organized production files.

• provides training to machine operators and graduate fresher on cnc & cam software and fix issues that might occur during

the shift

• performing ongoing improvements for the existing process in order to reduce cycle times.

• researched and development of new production techniques, advancements and document writing

• check output to spot any machine-related mistakes or flaws and maintain activity logs

• reverse engineering and additive manufacturing technology development and advancements.

• providing pre-post support for machine assessment and recommendations, part processing recommendation and

development for new proposals.
