Production Engineer (2-5 Years)

K9HR SOLUTIONS Looking For A Production Engineer Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of electrical and instrumentation systems in HDPE and PVC production lines.

Troubleshoot faults in motors, drives (VFDs), PLCs, control panels, and other electrical components.

Support production operations to minimize downtime and improve machine reliability.

Maintain and update electrical drawings, maintenance logs, and reports in ERP systems.

Monitor and control electrical parameters to ensure energy efficiency and compliance with safety standards.

Coordinate with mechanical and production teams for maintenance scheduling and process improvements.

Operate and maintain extrusion, molding, and compounding equipment used in HDPE/PVC production.

Ensure compliance with electrical safety procedures and plant maintenance standards.

Use computer systems (ERP, MS Office) for maintenance reporting, spare parts management, and production data analysis.
