Production Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily production and assembly activities to ensure timely completion of schedules.

Monitor manufacturing processes and ensure adherence to quality standards and work instructions.

Plan and coordinate manpower, materials, tools, and equipment for smooth production operations.

Analyze production performance and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company procedures.

Investigate production and assembly issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.

Coordinate with design, procurement, quality, and maintenance departments to support production requirements.

Maintain production records, reports, and documentation.

Monitor machine utilization, productivity, and assembly line performance.

Assist in implementing Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, TPM, and Continuous Improvement initiatives.

Support new product development and production trials.
