We are looking for Product Manager with following requirements

Job Requirements

Product Strategy and Vision

1. Develop a clear product strategy aligned with the company's overall goals and vision.

2. Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product development.

Market Research

1. Conduct market research to understand customer behaviours, preferences, and pain points.

2. Analyse regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements in the financial sector.

Product Development

1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and marketing, to conceptualize, plan, and execute product development.

2. Define product requirements, features, and functionality based on market research and user feedback.

Roadmap Planning

1. Create and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with business objectives and addresses market needs.

2. Prioritize features and enhancements based on impact and strategic importance.

Scalability

1. Consider scalability in product design and development to accommodate growth and increasing user demands.

Experience and other requirements

Educational Background

1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (business, finance, computer science, engineering, etc.) MBA or equivalent degree in related field from a reputed business school or university would be preferred.

Experience

1. Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant work experience.

2. Previous experience in product management, project management, or a related role is beneficial.

3. Experience in the Fintech industry is must.
