what you’ll do in this role:

• manages a team to deliver complex and large-scale technology development and solutions that provide business value and meet customer requirements, encouraging team’s use of innovative approaches and tools to solve high impact, complex problems.

• applies technical expertise to provide direction and make commercial decisions focused on wider converged technology lifecycle, setting roadmaps and defining and driving towards a desired future state

• drives team’s understanding of customer and user centric technical process design, driving and implementing improvements to enhance the customer and user experience.

• stakeholder relationships (senior customers, vendors, suppliers) and facilitates mutually beneficial negotiations to develop solutions, ensuring they meet current and emerging business and technical needs.

• proactively solving business problems and dealing with uncertainty . demand profile planning including location, skill and resource. manage paradoxical problems on improving the quality of delivery against reducing overall costs.

what you will bring in this job:

1. min 7+yrs exp in software development and very strong hands on exp in java8 & spring boot

2. hands-on experience with hibernate/jpa

3. added advantage if known microservices and design patterns

4. experience working with tools like git, jenkins, maven

5. working knowledge with oracle or mysql database

6. strong agile/scrum development experience

7. ability to manage a team of software developers

8. education - bachelor in engineering/science/computer
